Skill Upgrade/Empower Q's

I have so far all lvl 1 spellls(Mm, fire bolt, ice, and light) which should i upgrade and what I need an empowering guide, cause I dont know which spell i should add stuff in.

get the cool time and the sp consumption down on magic missile, i like the added damage i have as well, but a lot of high levels just spam MM because the low sp cost in relation to high damage.

high lvl mages spam MM1 because it does as much damages as their strongest spell and has a very low cool down time which is cool....in GC my MM1 does 100+ damage to monster while my Fire spell lvl6 does 200+ not even reaching 300....

Well you should think about ur own build, since there's many variations possible, you could even save it maybe for higher lvl spells. But there's some most used like dcrease cooldown on Magic Missile so you can spam it at lvl 1 more nicely with 3 sp use and make you able to do sequencial skill damage(very usefull). And one used a lot too is increase on power of Fireball since it does a high damge. Well but that is just what most ppl use...
