Skill empowerment reset?

I am new to the game (only level 8); however, I was confused at first on how to work the skill empowerment efficiently. In WoW (World of Warcraft) you could "respec" your talents, is there a "respec" option in Fiesta Online, or anything similiar? Or do I just have to reroll and save skill empowerment for when they actually matter , i.e endgame talents?

First of all, currently there is no way to reset your empowerment points. Some have speculated that it will be a purchasable item from the cash shop but no one really knows for sure. Secondly what do you mean reroll? You mean start a new character?

Yes rerroll = Make a new character.

I am only level 8 so not that much time has been invested into it. I feel like the skill empowerments that I have wasted will be critical later on in the game, and to remain on top I wish to build correctly.
