Just a experience to share with ppl.
After I changed my class into Scout which I wanna be badly, I got like 40 points, I decided to take a note about all the alteration by add points. I hope my thread will create a little bit help to people.

I would have to agree on the effects of every point's effect on stats. I gathered data through a friend's reset to a full agi build, then the making of another scout and put all the info i could into excel, and worked out the algorythm to predict the stats of any combination to 99% accuracy(pow has been proven to be off by one in the later levels.) Everyone has their own opinion on builds and should make them unique. I made my thread showing how high agi is a good thing, also noting it's weaknesses.

Oh and after you get your attack speed to 1.2, it decreases by .1 after every 15 as in 32, 47, 62, etc...
and normal critical doesn't seem to change with agi even tho it gets highlighted.
I will at some point post the excel file i have displaying all the info i have gathered, i am adding more when it comes to many types of builds at certain levels which takes time. Til then people will experiment, see what other people have posted and learn from it. Everyone will pick their own build with or without our help. SAR are the most unique class in the game being capable of showing off many different builds that can succeed. Usually, the database of a MMORPG game is public infirmation. I do not know why we have to explore it by our player selves. But it is really a great way to kill time and learn something from it.
I forgot and could not find who has ever mentioned about this"AGI is a main data for archers not only in this game, it is like a general concept-archers need agi." I totally agree with this. This is genius.

I do what i can, it was a good way to pass the time and i feel i am close, or may have figured out a good balanced build that uses enough men to cover hit rate, the pow to cover the damage loss from using men, and agi up until i would be satisfied with my dodge and skill speed. After that it's pure pow for damage. I too have seen lack of agi info in this archer thread, and like i posted in my own thread there is a reason why agi is given priority in our buffs and accessories. I would like to take some of the credit for my work but it would be nothing without my friend who inspired me and what little information there is on archer builds and agi.
Genius is in the eye of the beholder and anyone who knows me well knows that i have a natural talent for figuring things out sometimes without even trying. I do have dumb moments but i have made sure what info i have given, tho it's not all of it, is as accurate as it could possibly be. I only post stuff that i feel are important, interesting, or helpful.
You are welcome for what help and information i have given you.

The answer to that question can vary, i would say you are doing good, 1 more agi and one more men then pow til level 54 when you get a new bow, from there there are still a number of choices you can make, either add men now and then with pow or agi, i recomend the some men with pow(men til you get 15-16) Other people can give you similar advice just look around and ask more people.

oh..about the database, I found a website--kiwia-- is about the data of mobs(what will they drop), maps(whole map 4 desktopscreen^^), items(no rate of drop), n also some articles about everything. The information in the site is really limited, so hope if some of u like this site, u sould share ur wisdom, write something down there.
btw i just realized this might decrease the clicking rate of solstice official site, so if get interested about it, pm me in the game.I dont wanna get banned here.

when i changed to scout,i asked another another archer with high lvl,she asked me to put power and men in the ratio of 3:1,3power:1men,where u can shoot faster and also ur atk was decent and u can start adding agi after u hit lvl80.

The opinions of archers vary alot. It is my belief that agi is the main stat for archers and should not be underestamated. I have a thread or two in this section that explains it *looks around*

Those two threads should give the agi explantion, and also help you decide where you want to go with your build. Archers are the most complicated class in the game if you look at all the different kinds of builds that can be made

yea agi helps alot for scouts,but in starting lvl scouts need to put points at power and men not in agi,then only u lvl fast,ur atk wil be weaker if u put ur points on agi at starting lvls,power is best until lvl80.

It can be debated for a long time, i pointed out the benefits about agi over pow/men and it's weaknesses. My personal recomendation for starting scouts is 24 agi(counting your accessories) 8 men rest pow til lvl 54 when you get your 2nd bow, from there it's anyone's guess what to do next but at least you will have good attack, decen't attack speed, and decent weight capacity. In the end we can only give advice to others based on our own experiences.

I just turned scout yesterday and I've been reading up on a few of the posts around here. You've inspired me to try an agi build Wardomic. Right now my stats are:
Level 48
Pow: 30 (for weight)
Agi: 24+4
Men: 8
Attack: 35+55
I'm thinking of upping agi till 54 then from there trying to up men to 16. Do you have any advice or suggestions?

my opinion on men is this...
1 men: Not going to happen
8 men: A bit extreme, might not be for the low levels with an agi build but i don't have that much experience on the matter.
16 men: My personal men cap, i halted at 15 for the hit rate but recent evidence given in another section for another class says it's possible men and agi are seperate in that you need a whole 8 and whole 24. Got myself a men pearl and experimenting
24 men: The highest i would recomend anyone of this class to go but that's just my opinion.
32: Archer standard before i came around with my agi talk. I say it's going over board
40/48/56(skill speed cap given in another thread) definately overboard.
Good luck with your build, i hope you enjoy it. Going agi from the beginning i would think give you a slow starter build that ends up being really good in terms of attack power, skill speed, and dodge. You seemed to have picked the right amount of pow to start with as your weight capacity, that's how much i currently have and i think it's enough for a good start.

Wow! you guys have done really fantastic job here. I personally prefer pow/men. Of cause that is standard build for scout. I love to stay longer in battle field and I also add men for 32 ( my over all is 35 men) for fast spamming wild blow. Look at the stat build, it seems like you will have more contributions on your stat when you add on Agi. However, it does not help at all for max weight and some for spamming wild blow. I said this I didnt mean to against Agi build. Of cause Agi and Pow seem to give close amount of attack.
What we use Doge rate for? ( I am not do aoe )
Normal critical is useless for this game coz we only spam wild blow.
Movement? for me hit shoes +5 ( movement rate +2) wings lvl 85 (+1) It is enough for movement rate, I found that if run too fast, will get hit easily coz it is too fast = =" hard to control.
Attack speed? My understanding, it is just only for normal shooting arrow right? does not cover how fast sapmming wild blow ( if i am right, useless)
All these are my own opinion. I admit that i wrote this w/o looking in Agi build Tread. I just ask myself what I need for adding Agi.
So, once again it is up to what style you love to build.
It is special for SOS game is that no one hit monsters with normal attack. They all spam their skill. (If i play ragnarok, of coz i will put in agi coz I use normal attack in that game)
This is just my own opinion form a guy who playing archer =)

lol if you actually took the time to my threads on agi you would see why it's better for archers in terms of killing ability. It does have the weakness of weight capacity which is why in those threads i used the word balance.
Adding 24 agi increases the speed of Wind Blow at the same speed as 8 men. If you use the 24 points of agi and put it into 16 pow/ 8 men for the exact same killing speed you will end up with less attack power, less dodge, more weight capacity, and higher hit rate.
I will also answer your underlined words
What we use Doge rate for? If the monster we are killing gets to close or we run into an aggro dodge will save us.
Normal critical: Agi is proven to not raise normal critical even tho it gets highlighted, but it does raise skill critical at the same rate as men with 24 agi = 8 men
Movement? AGI DOES NOT INCREASE MOVEMENT, THAT IS DETERMINED BY YOUR CLASS, EQUIPMENT, AND WEIGHT, AND BUFFS
Normal Attack speed? Only for fun
SKILL SPEED? AGI IS PROVEN TO INCREASE THE SPEED OF SKILLS
In short...
Pow for weight capacity in the beginning, damage after you are satisfied with your skill speed
Men for hit rate, having half or less than half than your pow
Agi for better over all attack, dodge that helps, and increasing the speed of wind blow every 12(half step)/23(full step) points
That is the basic plan for anyone who wants to try an agi build. My experience says it works well if you get used to whatever weight capacity you give yourself.
