It has not been five hours. You have to convert the start time to your time zone then go five hours. Besides they said it might only be 4 hours. So it may be done as early as 35 mins or as late as 5 more hours if they run into problems.

If you look at the notice about the Maintenance on Fiesta servers, it said 5 hours earlier and now it says 6 hours.

1:00 PDT (Pacific Time) is 2:00 Mountain Time, 3:00 Central Time, and 4:00 Eastern Time. (Outside of US I can't help you)

Add 6 hours and voala, there's your magic time it SHOULD be back up.

really hope they are fixing some of the bugged quests. they need to make a sticky thread for all the bugged quests, list the ones they know are bugged and being worked on so that way we as players can better help them trouble shoot things. i can't count the number of threads i see all for the same thing. 50+ threads with 1 or 2 posts about a quest being bugged isn't going to get it fixed.
