while waiting for my friends to hatch the patterned egg for the mount, I talked to Jarka to start new pet quest. Now tho I can't hatch the patterned egg. It says "cannot use item" when i double click it . Please Help ><

Maybe this will help...the people that i know that have had the same thing happen to them has the "enhanced pet glitch" on the character that is trying to hatch the mount....a simple solution is to store the egg in your hotel, get on a character above lvl 35 that doesn't have the "glitch" and you should be able to hatch your mount...other than that, you will need to contact CSR to get rid of glitch..Hope this helps!
