Screenie of GM saying it or it's just a rumor. I've heard of this "decembers cap raise" thing since a few months, but no official statement about it, only players' opinion about it. If i also recall right, for both the 105 and the 110 cap raise there were official announcements since at least some months before. And hints even earlier.
As Long said, it's still too early (yeah, even december). I'd rather follow the In Development section than rumors. I'm sure it'll appear there first, as Kobal is doing a great job there.
