ok so i was going to get married right well we had set up our wedding and before then the power went off and on through my whole house. and my computer wouldn't turn on just this morning i seen a very dark black spot on my power cord and now the computer is running again

but the point is that it consumed her wedding app and i was wondering shouldn't i get a new one cuz that's kinda unfair if you ask me

Send a ticket to a CSR explaining what happened. They'll replace your app =]

Follow wolfs advise but be warned sometimes Csr will not give you a new app its occasionally happened where its like "Sorry but it wasn't out fault" or something like that but yea Csr report it and good luck
