p lvl and get gifts wats the limit?? is there a limit?

Anyways.. there's a limit on how much gifts you can give on one account. I believe it's 15 a week.

well just wanted to make sure. some friends said if i p lvl them they can gift me =3

They can as long as they are level 20. I think it's less than 15 gifts for some people though.. not sure.
