What's up OS? I'm spending SC as hell, and 50% Stones is all I get..?

Please Increase the Chance of getting Weapon costumes, or re-release those other weapon skins.

I think OS should gift me one, considering I could have bought one, and missed just because I was late,.... and after that I played remi's rare finds 4 times= 6k SC.. got nothing good... LOl, now I'm so not going to gamble anymore... I'll buy weapon skins as soon as they come in store

That might just be your luck. So far, I've gotten 4 different weapon skins...unfortunately none of them were the mace I wanted.

OMG, how can you play this game? They tempt you with things you can't buy in the store and you waste so much money trying to get it? What good is a 50% red or blue eye/mile? This and Remi's should be illegal. How can you sleep at night, OS? Let's put a slot machine or two in front of a 13 year old and see if we can't get his allowance every week...hmm.

I would be so ticked off if I found my kids playing games of chance like this.

Gambling = Pay and you MIGHT win

Remi's & James Forge = Play and your GUARANTEED to win. Maybe not the item you're looking for but you get an ITEM every time you play

Gambling = knowing the rewards and the odds of getting those rewards.

Remi's & James Forge = Don't know how many items in the prize pool to begin with or all of the specific items available. Don't know the frequency of winning a prize valued at more than it cost to play the game.


Is winning something worth less than it cost to play the game really winning? Just because there is an assigned value on 50% blues/reds for example, have you won anything at all if that's what the game spits out? Who in thier right mind would use them except on an item that holds little to no value to begin with?

You might be able to fool people who have not been exposed to gambling yet. But you and I both know these games are wrong. We are adults...

You can stick 25 cents into the slot and after 1 pull you receive nothing. That is considered to be gambling under law.

When you play Remi's, you pay 1400SC and after 1 pull you receive an item. You are paying for that item, just because that item is random, it's a chance and not necessarily considered "gambling".

Under CA Law and USA Law, we CANNOT have a gambling system in our game.
Gambling is banned in California (except Indian Reservation Grounds, which does not fall under Government Jurisdiction). Minors under the age of 21 cannot gamble. USA has also OUTLAWED Online gambling sites such as: Full Tilt Poker, etc etc.

If James' Forge and Remi's Rare Find were an actual gambling system, they would not be available.

I'm going to do everyone including myself a favor and leave the forums for a few days. You have inspired me to design a slot machine to spit out a wooden nickel each time a normal one would not pay anything and surpass all the gaming laws in effect in the entire country.

ps- I'm not some prude who knows nothing about gambling. I've been frequenting Vegas, Reno, Deadwood and any Indian Casino from Minnesota to the Pacific NW including small town poker rooms in Montana for the past 15 + years. I've lost a fortune, won a fortune, and continue to enjoy my time in them. I've learned what to play and what not to play and have done exceedingly well in the past 7-8 years since poker and television met :).
