It's in a measure to not give the wrong idea or if allowances are still made on the account for moderation, that it's not misused. I'm inclined to believe it's him.

Ex-employees cannot use their original accounts because they are banned.

Those accounts are admin accounts owned by Outspark and not the employee.

All of the SparkID's you see the CL's use are our original forum names. We do not have separate accounts for CL'ing. We're volunteers, not payed Staff with uber Admin accounts.

The Staff have different rules and such with their accounts.

Okay... so apparently they can't just downgrade your account when you leave (by choice or not) OS. But still. I have moved on to believing him as the Real Snake now due to Silky posting on here more than once. And I'm sure he has looked into the "Impersonating Staff Member" for this account anyways. Therefore, I don't think Silky would allow the sharade to go on if that was what this really was.
