just had a archer...what stats should i add? my friend told me i should add pow and men

im really confues...some ppl told me dont add any agi, but i though agi is for archer in every single game ive played...@.@??

Well, the traditional build is to start with a little men, usually 8 to 12 and the rest power. Once you reach archer at level 80, you start adding the agi. However some people are now suggesting to add the agi earlier. Since agi adds almost as much to attack as power does, plus increases some other stats, the only disadvantage I see is a lowered weight capacity, which means carrying few arrows and pots and restocking more often. Read through the threads in that section and get a feel for different builds, then try what sounds best to you.
