i am a nice player who knows what language is allowd and what not.
i play fair and respect people if they respect me.
i aint rude.
i just wanted to log in and it said exactly this;

(text conting: ) (big ! mark)! you account have been banned.
i'm a player who just bought 40-50k SC and i aint gonna lose it please help me.

soo my brother aint allowd to log in i see?... Checkk it we made the accounts on same IP...(for the GM's) im realy pissed now..!!!

FIX IT. I'm a nice player who knows the rulles. i am a customer whit great spendings, and this is what i get? a ban!??

it looks like that alot of people are being banned...mayby a mod abusing his powers or they might think your using 2 acc's at once but it's all stupid

Weird, I know a few families who all play together on the same IP. Respond to the ticket and see what they say when you tell them it's family using the same computer. =/ Have you said anything to people lately that could even be construed as account sharing? Cuz they could have screenshotted it and reported you.

The status of your account is between you and Outspark, submit a ticket on this account or e-mail them from the address registered to the banned account in order to get in touch with a CSR regarding your situation.
