Idea's to make Outspark the best Service

here you can post Idea's to make Outspark a properiate Game whit different kinds of service. post what ever u want(mind your langauge) that you think that could be improved.

My first idea;
when some 1 else is logging in on the same computer and same game, first give a Warning when continue-ing the log in it can result a ban.
also send the warning to its E-mail including the reason and showing the rule of that part.
and also first contacting the person who logged in on the computer of some 1else, by E-mail/Mailing the confirmation( to the E-mail) that you have lost your account or he/she didt used it soo there is nothing wrong.

yes this could take some time for the staff but it will CERTANLY improve the customer service and i DOES prevent mistakes.

Actually, they do....and Silky himself has shown that by re-releasing objects like the white tuxedo and reducing some of the prices in the cash shop at player request.

Lord_Alden already has a suggestion thread up. As a matter of fact, it's a sticky at the top of this very forum section. I don't think there's a need for another one of these threads.

I forgot about that thread >.o It is stickied, and Alden does a very good job at keeping it updated and clean...I suggest posting your suggestions there ^^
