I don't know if anyone has experienced problems with Outspark Customer support, I have been harassed several times in this game simply for asking for things to be fair, even during arguments I refrain from using inappropriate language, and keeping ToS well in my rules; however recently I have reported those who have harassed me, and Outspark always says, We will investigate the matter and action the user accordingly, what I want to know is if Outspark plays favorites, because I have seen that users who have sufficient funds in their account don't get "actioned accordingly"

I brought this up because some member, called me the S word, and I told him I was gonna report him and he said, "Go ahead, I already bought enough sparkcash, I am immune to OS." I brought that to OS attention, but now im believing that person was right. So has anyone had a similar situation, and please no CL's, I want a CSR to contact me. I have already submitted a ticket in asking for OS to do their job and they say. "This user has already been actioned accordingly" yet the user said nothing was done, I'm not blacklisting so don't ask.

Nope you're not blacklisting since you not saying who he/she is.

e) You may not threaten, harass, nor cause another player distress or create unwanted attention to other players, as interpreted or determined by Outspark support personnel at their sole and absolute discretion.

This is what is said in Outspark ToS

Customer Support investigates all reports and applies penalties were needed. We do not play favorites, that's against our company ethics. Purchasing history has nothing to do with our penalty process, we even investigate internal co-workers if needed. The rules apply to everyone, no exceptions. You can research and ask, we have banned users who purchase SparkCash as well as those who don't and we will continue to apply the rules if we see any abuse.

In this case you mention from March 8th, 2009. the user in question was actioned, I just verified it in our logs. If he is telling you he did not, then he's lying to you, most likely on purpose since he has a good reason to get you worked up. I understand your concern but rest assured that we do this very well and we keep record of it.

Since this question has been answered, this thread will now be closed. Personal actions on accounts will not be discussed on the public forum. If you have any other questions about this, feel free to send us an inquiry via email and we'll be happy to assist you.

Thank you.
