i am posting for a friend it says that her user name can not be reconizedshe had just loged in last night but after the server went down its like as if she was baned i would like to know what had happen her

tarokian still cant log in and it says theat her log in info dosent match her account this cant b true sombody got in her account we need action the guild needs her and she had worked so hard on her character we dont want her 2 start over
