if a GM is available.. please come on fiesta Teva server and fix <sorry name removed, my mistake> character... hes been offensive and abusive for an hour calling people the N word and pretending to be a GM.,.. i reported in on CSR.. but that takes 1 to 2 days

You did the correct thing of reporting the abusive player instead of resolving the issue yourself. You will have to be patient in order for a CSR to deal with the issue. GMs don't have to deal with the issue unless the GM is already present in the game when the inconvenience occurred.
