Take thier names out of your post and I'd say out of the picture. That's considered blacklisting and is not allowed on the forums. I think if you have a screenshot of them actually KSing you, then you can report it. Otherwise there isn't much you can do.

I had that problem in the Luminous stone. I was hapily soloing jewel grave robbers when every time the same fighter would come and get the kill (KS)

I told him that was KSing and because I took the damage I should get the kill, he replied, well if the game doesn't stop me then its allowed in my eyes.

KSing really can't be stopped unless you're in Abyss where you can just kill them.

Like others have mentioned listing the names of the players involved is considered blacklisting and isn't allowed on the forums. Blacklisting is bringing unwanted negative attention to another player or group.
