This is an excellent way to ensure you stay un-guilded, as well.

There are three servers for Fiesta. Level 23 can be attained in 3-4 days with casual grinding. Stick around awhile and learn the game a bit more.

Different guilds have different requirements which they have set out. Your best bet in finding a guild is to party with members of a guild you would like to join as often as you can. Proving that you're an asset and not a hindrance or a pain in the rear in game is probably a good thing. Whining to guild members or guild masters that you NEED to be in a guild, any guild, is almost assured to get you blacklisted. Check the guild section forums for the server you play to see which guilds may be recruiting or which guilds may fit your ideals. It's important to find the right guild with the right ideals. Simply settling for what you can get is usually a bad idea.
