Pet Glitch Still Unfixed

A month ago i contacted CSR to get a pet glitch buff removed. What happened is that a friend lend me his pet to increase attack to kill faster aoeing at high maps. I couldn't even summon it so i gave it back. I found out i've been glitched, i tried to delete my pets even my leprechaun. Still have it until now. I have already complained twice, but still nothing happens. Plz help out

I'm having the Same Problem.

As I mentioned in a previous bug report.

I created a "Teddy" mount and went to Enhance it. I put in "Silkion", "Sirius Star", "Hypermill", 10 "Meridian R" and a "Plumb R" item and enhanced the pet. It failed. When I went to enhance the Pet again I noticed "Teddy" was gone.

Afterwards, I tried to re summon my Enhanced pet "Bow Wow" and I couldn't, however, I still had my Pet Buff Skill (In my Skill List and F Key List). So I put all my pets away and the skill's still there. I can bring out "Poyos" and my Dino mount.

Later on, I created a different mount and I tried to hatch him. I wasn't able to hatch him. So, I had to put the egg in my storage and use an alt to hatch the egg.

So I would like to get my Teddy back and get the pet glitches fixed. Before the Teddy Incident I never had any of these pet problems.

I have also the problem with the pet glitch still. I contacted CSR a few weeks a go, but still nothing.
The pet skill is still in my skill list. Even without a pet. And i can't summon a pet atm.

I borrowed the pet of my girlfriend above me (Sweetyandro) and I can't summon a pet now anymore and the dodge skill stays in my skill list like at my gfs game. Could you please remove the skill from my skill list so i can summon my own pets again? At this moment i can not summon any pet that is enhanced (i don't possess a mountable pet).

I don't know of anyone who is glitched that has been fixed. The only one I know who has had the buff removed still can't summon an enhanced pet, so I think maybe they haven't perfected the cure yet. I would send the information they have requested to the csr and wait. The more people that do that, the more serious they will take the issue and hopefully the faster they will find a fix.

Some peoples skills were removed last night on Marian at least after putting up the problem here again, that's why i wrote in this forum thread to. The glitches were removed from goku's, evil's and sweeties character, so I was told to also post it here :)

The information was also send to CSR a while ago. I'm only trying to find the best way to get my glitch fixed, since i have a defpet waiting on me i can't use now :p

Lol I contacted the CSRs almost immediately after the notice came out that we should, and I still have a useless glitched buff on my assassin xD Just give them time, I'm guessing they're working on a more permanent fix to the problem right now.

Mine was finally fixed and i can finally summon my Fatty again. dont even remember how long ago i sent the ticket.
Also, sometimes when i try to summon the Fatty it randomly says Cannot use item, but it doesnt put the glitched skill in my list. After a few seconds i try again and it works.

I have also the problem with the pet glitch still. I contacted CSR a 4 weeks ago, but not fix yet.
The pet skill is still in my skill list. Even without a pet. i cannot use other skill pet now..

lol we report the problem and a number of us who report it don't get it fixed. I first sent in a ticket for my scout and my neo back when they made the post to say send a ticket. I updated that ticket recently when my app got hit by a glitch and am waiting. 3 characters with pet buff glitches, they need to fix it so that it can't happen anymore.

when i first submitted my ticket way back when it was never closed, now after i updated it it's been closed, and can no longer be updated and all 3 of my characters still have the glitch. I'll give them a week, after the next maint to see if i still have them if not i'll report it again.

and at least, we wont see noob j**** stealin "way over their lvl" hard maps, cos they have a def glitch, knowing that u could drop ur mob on them, and they'll get mob locked, and couldnt activate the glitch, and die >D

I understand it is taking time Rubix, but at the momet the game gets spoiled more and more. I really hate it when I log into the game that I see ppl using def increase who don't even own one pet or don't have a def pet. Fair would have been if we all could have the skill or no one would have it, but now a vast group has glitches copied they want and others dont have anything. At the moment the situation is only getting worse, since i saw in the new update the glitch is removed, so i logged on happily and what did I see? I still got the damn glitch :S

I filed a complaints months ago, got several messages it will be fixed and now again NO fix!! Other ppl were helped in the period in which my complaint is running now, but mine, still there... I really cant understand that, i want to use my other pets, want to use skills at times I need them. I have tons of pets, but still can't use then, only my mounts.

Outspark and DNC made a lot of errors last few months (itemcopy, wings glitch, pet glitch, disappaerance of items) and now again by only stopping the copying of glitches, not picking up the problem at its core.. Sure, ppl cant copy the desired skill anymore, but the ppl who wanted the skills already got it, so the problem stay exactly the same, it only doesn't grow for now.

What i want to add is don't say a glitch is fixed if it isn't. If i read a message saying: Pet glitches are removed!!!, then i want to see the glitch actually being removed and it's not at the moment, getting up the hopes of lots of ppl and burning it down to the ground on log-in.

As a final thing i want to add I think what is most important for DNC and Outspark in this matter is to be more open and fair to their costumers, to gives us more updates and not to keep us off their backs with soothing words. Getting emails in the first week after filing a complaint about my pet glitch stating; "were are currently fixing the problem", "the glitch will be removed of your game soon" that turn into messages when i gave some more heat in my messages in the following weeks; "Outspark can't resolve the problem, we have to wait on DNC to fix it". That just sounds as being put off. The first emails are to win some more time, then in the last emails they cant hold up the charade and pass on the blame. That is the feeling i get from this kind correspondence. I totaly believe DNC needs to fix it, but don't say it will be fixed soon at first, it is just a very very bad example of corresponding with and towards costumers...

I really hope the glitches actually get fixed in the next few weeks, we finaly did see some improvement and i really hope skill cant be copied anymore, but the damage is still the same and of extreme proportions... Sorry for quoting you Rubix, but your message puts in the right beginning; The problem is complicated, so I cant understand i was put of for so much time in my correspondence with Outspark CSR, I hope my frustration is clear because I think it is really important to be as informative and fair as possible in this problem and untill now I feel treated badly by being put of for so long.

My glitch was fixed and i was able to summon my skill pet but once i picked it up to put in hotel my skill stayed in my skill list and in my hot keys. And now i cant bring out my pet again

Since it has to be fixed on an individual basis, it will probably be a slow process. If it's been a long time since you sent your cs ticket in, you might want to resend the information.

Resending your ticket has ABSOLUTELY NO effect sadly.... I'm annoyed in the same way. I have resent my ticket 4-5 times untill now over the last 3-4 months, everytime waiting and doing everything I was asked by CSR, but their promises go up in vein and they don't really seem to care about it.....

They announced the pet skills to be fixed a while back and even made a post about it, but still pppl can copy the pet skills they desire... Fixing a problem means making sure the bug cant be exploited anymore it seems, but still the glitch is operable. Conclusion: NOTHING was made and we are put of again....

If they really have to individually repair every single bug, then I still can't understand the bug fixing went so fast 3 months ago when SS4Goku007, Evil Who and Sweety got all their bugs fixed at the same time. These 3 fixed problems are the last instances I heared about bug fixing since then.... Again, if they really would need to work on all cases individually, it's about more than time they start solving glitches, but again, the last 3 months they havent helped any account I know of. Even if it is a big problem and hard to achieve a good fix, then they should consult the community more about it, or come up with a ways where everyone can benefit or is hampered in growth in the same way. At the moment my feeling is it never gets fixed again, because Outspark/DNC have put us of way too long and mostly all players i know on Marian have a glitched pet because they waited so long with a fix, but also because they just seem to put ppl of in stead of helping them. Most ppl just give up resending their tickets or complaining, which is very sad, since this mostly also means they give up on the game.

Outspark/DNC are being negligent in this case and they try to put of the blame to others, try to cover it up or talk it down, last thing they want is really helping out it seems, which I regret. The way Outspark sets up his complaint system is already raising questions about how much they really want to deliver a good game. If i got a complaint and can only email about it, not even chat because I am put of or there is no way to reach the proper ppl, they can prolong the emailconversation about it untill eternity, just putting the consumer of and of again.

I know gms/csrs don't have a lot to do with those glitches and can't help solve them, but most try to do the best they can and give a listening ear, but when a gm says things like; "This is a free game, i can do whatever I want here", then I think that gm is living on a powertrip and isnt helpful in any way, so why is that person a gm then? I understand and see most of the gms trying to be really helpful, but the problem is DNC/outspark don't give you guys the proper tools and backup and some gms just are being bad at their jobs, which makes your work sometimes a living hell to, the organisation is completely wrong is my sense in this.

I was a GM in Travian myself and if I would have ever said to a consumer of the game: "Its a free game, I can do whatever I want here", i would surely get fired upon it, but not here at outspark, doing wrong or good doesnt seem to matter. Gms/csrs have to keep repeating stuff and get overheated saying wrong things to, since they dont have any tools making them capable of fixing real problems or back up from their organisation they volunteer mostly for. Again, Outspark/DNC just don't seem to give anything about it.

I really hope we get more information why this problem is taking so long, the least Outspark/DNC could do is to inform the community regularly what steps they are taking to fix things, not only in this case. Since I'm still seeing some ingame quests still having the same bugs as last year, I think we will never see more information or a proper fix for these pet glitches to, they already have taken on this problem completely the wrong way, which I regret.

Please fix the pet glitch with my Archer I keep disaperaring when I shoot my arrows. I also have the same problem now with my Mage on Adiline.... It's very anoying to keep dissapearing when you are shooting at a monster

moonlight does your mage have reinforced novice shield equipped and a mount or any type of sc gear on at the same time?
