keeping ur name

hey i just recently got invited and it says if u get to lvl 20 u can pernamently keep ur name or something, am i to late? do i still have a chance to get to lvl 20 and preserve my name? if so how long until i have to get to lvl 20, thanks.

u can get to lvl 20 in 2 days if u play hardcore...
