Dear Outspark event Staff....

Hi! im writing this post because several people including myself have yet to recieve notification about the prizes we have won. im referring to the slayer soup event winners such as myself and many other people who have won prizes...... i had read that we would know how to get our prizes on the 20th but i havnt seen an update.

For myself my computer was obliterated by a msn messengers hack link. So the only way i found out about winning the first prize was from an online friend.

I've replied my opinion about the ten day limit and have talked to gms about this and so on.

Can you let us know what will be the fate of said prizes that many of us ARE UTTERLY EXCITED THAT WE WON about?

I know the staff is constantly busy with game dev's and site maintenence , but if you can take the time as soon as possible to give me a reply that would be greatly appreciated.

Okay so i just logged on and looked in the cash shop at the new summer items.. and i got a cuckoo hat? NO. OUTSPARK EVENT STAFF NO. I CLEARLY WON FIRST PRIZE AND JUST BECAUSE MY COMP CRASHED DURING THE MONTH IN WICH I SHOULD HAVE REPLIED. I FIGURED IF I GAVE YOU GUYS A HEADS UP ON WHY I COULDNT REPLY BACK ON TIME YOU WOULD RE CONSIDER.

Be patient you will get it. They hosted the damn event, you don't think they're aware they haven't sent the prizes yet?

If you have any questions or concerns regarding an event, you'd be best off submitting a ticket to the CSRs about it rather than asking via a thread. The CSRs and other staff don't always have the time to come to every thread on the forums and give them individual attention.

i actually have AND ive written a detailed reply to the event staff, i dont know maybe its just a matter of waiting.

Depending on how many tickets there are in the system and how much work they have to do around the office, it can take a few days for them to respond. But they will get to it as soon as they can. So just sit tight and they'll get in touch with you as soon as possible ^^.

Why do you care? Cucko hat expires and this game is dead and it will close soon for sure, is full of bugs, gms does nothing, 90% of the users are as***les, outspark support takes ages to reply and most of the times are empty messages, developers does nothing to fix ALL the bugs, this is worst than closed beta...i got my ingame hat but im still waiting for my real life monster hat too and nothing... anyone tried latale? i think ill go play that game, outspark cant handle this game...

i also care because i actually DO like this game, i love participating in events, and i love my friends on the game as well. its just when your told you won something dont you think you should actually recieve what you won...i dont know.. im still going to post here and hope for a reply.
