Help with video making

Hello guys this is eovia and today i am writing to you cuz i want some help. I'd like to aply for censtudio but for that i need to make some videos of fiesta with good quality and i wanted to know if you guys have some tips or a little tutorial . Cuz i know how to take the wideo and my games work fine but when i put the cam it lagged... So yep anything that you think of will be welcome

For taking in-game footage i use Fraps, a simple and good programm.
