perma items/swing armor

heyo!

1. does anyone know how often OS releases perma items? I am trying to get a full outfit of perm things and i rly hate how i missed crown, glasses, slime head and old SC cat ears :P From older players, do u know if they release a lot during summer?
1.2 is there a way i can ask a GM about perma items or ask for the perma quest for my char?
1.3 did any old perma things have crit/other stat bonuses?

permanent cat ears only appeared like 2 hours in store once
called it BUNDLE A
and it was thong suit + ears

thong and the pink suit was removed for some reason, duno why -.-

now the only things permanent u can buy are the wedding pack and red wedding pack

crown was only in an event, i doubt it'll ever be available again

I bout the permanent Sakura costume and Cat Ears back in Halloween when they hadn't been out long. Each one gives a 3% crit bonus. None of the perm quest rewards (crown, cat head, slime mask, swirly glasses) have a crit bonus.

Idk. Buh @_@ They should really bring out thoose glasses agen.. Or even put them in store... D: I'd pay sc for em o-o xD
