Is the alchemist broken?

For the past 2 days i have been visiting the alchemist,,,trying to create a mountable pet,,but the enhance skill pet window seems to be broken,,the add ingrediant screen is just plain blank,,,
Was there an announcement,,,did anyone else experiance this problem,,,,or am i just doing something wrong?????
