For me, ever since they reopened servers, i've had the following bug:
I can use my skills at no sp cost, no cool down time, but they have no effect.
My conclusion? Although i'm sending information to the server ("Hey! Using Skill in slot _!"), it's not acknowledging that information: i do my normal damage if i attack it normally, but i can spam my skills without their effects.
Being a cleric, this means i cannot heal anyone.
