I believe your best bet would probably be to consult a CSR by submitting a ticket.

Be sure to include the IGN and Server name of the character.

Does a gm have the right to abuse a player because he is mad them?


if mur is mad at u for breaking rules or being rude or something, then he can leave u in prison
but if he is mad at u cause he just don't like u, and is making u stay in prision for that, mur can get fired for abusing his powers

hmm when we asked abt fix glitch,he keep complained it ~_~..but customer need suppport. we pay them >_< by sparkcash money
