House Question

When your house expires and you want to renew it, is there anyway to renew it with kron? i'm guessing you need sparkcash to renew the special houses, but can you renew Log-houses with kron, or do you need to do the housing quest again? :(
does anybody know yet? i couldn't wait until next week when my house expires to ask.

u talk to the hotel manager person and get a new key for 50k, then go to ur house list, and press renew, thats wat i did atleast...
