Gosh I hate that sore feeling in my muscle after I work out. I remember one time I woke up and tried to get out of bed but my muscles wouldn't budge. I then finally got off but my legs didn't let me stand up! So I had to crawl to the washroom. UGGH!
Not only is it annoying but it hurt like hell!!!!! I can barely move. When I'm at school, I fear the stair case...
I sometimes find myself having the feeling to just collapse and take a five minute break half way through.
It's pure agony *=*

*o*
I use to get sore.. but now I don't.
I do cardio and pilates, i started of at 15mins a day.. gradually working up slowly and by 2 months i got it up to 2hrs a day.
It's how you exercise I think, and how ppl are individually.

Soreness are micro-tears which is the only way to gain muscle--but it hurts T.T

My mom says I shouldn't lift weights until I'm 21. But when I run longer than usual or every year when I walk all through Fanime, I feel sore after. But it's kind of a good feeling. It means you're pushing yourself and becoming stronger.

Lol, just ignore it. The minute her finger gets into your mouth, just bite it and she'll back off.

Back when I was taking karate,
Oh..wait. Try again.
Waaaaaaay back when, when I was taking karate, I never minded the pain all that much. We were a bunch of those over-testosterone-driven "No pain, no gain- suck it up, ya wimp!" types.
The stiffness the next day, now that was another story. I'll never forget the time I went way overboard working my triceps. The next day they were so tight it was around 8 in the evening before I got them loosened back up enough that I could get whatever I was trying to drink within 6 inches of my mouth.
With one hand, anyway...most of the day it was grab glass in right hand, bring up as far as possible, then grab right forearm near elbow with left hand and "assist." And even then it was tricky.
Suffice to say I was careful not to repeat that one. :D

Ahem... they don't have workout equipment on my planet.
However, stretching for a few minutes before each and every workout is sure to decrease the chance of injury for you, I believe.
