Invalid login credentials.(NEW STORE)

I try to log in from site and put in my user name and/or password and it gives me an error.Under the password fill line it says "Invalid login credentials." I try the user name and the account email both the same.thinking maybe the store was separate i tried to register and said account already exist..so how do we log in to buy Spark Cash?
