Go to forest of tides, head left, they're in the tents.

There's also an Easter Island-like scupture head on the beach that they congregate around. I don't see it on the above map, but it's around G-3.

ok here you go,gang and bored imps are in following locations on the map.h-4 under palm trees, f-5 under palm trees behind a sm. hut, f-4 next to a rock, f-4 under palm trees by a half buried stone head, e-4 on a sm hill or mound, c-4 under palm trees, d-5 under palm trees. this is all of them.
