How to Find a Blue Sheild

you can get blue sheilds from kqs, abyss mobs, or dungeon bosses.

I GOT MINE FROM GGK >D

the kqs are Giant honeying,King Kong Phino, and that 8x kq i forget the name <_<. but for every other kq then the 8x one theres only a 0.1 chance of getting a blue :p
