A) Best weapon available IG for a mage currently
B) They are no longer available as a drop (and when tomb reopen who's to say that the new ones won't be lvl 101, or drop as frequently at all)
c) What it's upped is insignifigant (see A) and B) above.

But this is how our economy works sadly, and that is why people can make a living in this game just being a skilled merchant.

And dont be foolish valrieg, outspark is not going to raise level req. to use hellgaits, and they will continue to drop as they did. Only possible changes to helga's tomb will be it being more difficult to farm. If you are patient and put effort into farming when helga reopens, you will get one for free or really cheap.
