I made a new account so i could start fresh since i messed up with my older one and i sent a message to support earlier today asking them if they could delete the account for me along with any characters in it. I would like to know when i will get a reply back and if they can delete my account because i'm not comfortable with just leaving an unused account.

It can take 3-4days, give or take, for a response to a ticket depending on how many other tickets there are in the system and what's going on at the office workload wise.

And Outspark doesn't delete accounts, not even on request I don't think.

thank you for the information but i did see a forum on here somewhere that a player sent a email asking to have his account deleted and they sent one back asking why he would like to delete one. Also how come you guys don't have the delete option?

I'm not sure if they do it on request, but I'm sure they will give you a confirmation on that once they address your ticket.

And I really cannot say why they don't have that option. My best guess is to prevent from being scammed, but I don't know. That would be another thing you'd probably have to ask the Staff.
