deleting account

I just want to delete my account and although it said on the terms of use that I'm able to change and delete my account I seem to be either blind or a nerd (or both), because I'm unable to find any way to delete my account. I'm sorry. I'd be glad for some help.

I didn't even chose a character. I was unable to even install the game, that's why I want to get rid of all of this here. I'm totally lost. I'm sorry.
