Hey how do i join the kingdom quest? I havent figured it out please help

ive tried that and im not sure "when" to join. Is it right at the time or what?

Chief Roumenous has ALL the information regarding KQ's, including the times, level reqs. etc...

since these people rather not help you when a KQ starts the EXACT minute it starts click particpate and hope you get in thats all you have to do its about how fast you click that button
