game wont let me play

for some reason i cant load fiesta
i can get in but then my screen gose blank
and a pop up and it said something about hardware being dammaged
during deadlock. whats a dead lock? what should i do

okay i got the message and this is what is says

VPU recover was unale ro recover from herdware deadlock,
and has switched to software rendering. to restore hardware
rendering, you must restart your computer.
do you want to restart your computer now?
...........................[yes].[no]...................

i already restarted my computer like 4 times and my screen
got bigger and thats it
