Ok ive done the 2nd quest a while ago, and the 3rd quest icon is active so i choose "begin quest" and everything looks fine until it comes to the last window where the "accept" button is suposed to be, well its not there! I cant accept the quest at all. And others ive spoken with have the same problem so i just wanted to whine a little and hope the problem gets fixed soon.
