stuck in echo cave..

my first character is a fighter.got it to lvl 13.i went inside the echo cave to do some quest.when i clicked the npc near the exit to get out,the game closed.now i cant log in that character coz everytime i log in the game closes.
i made another character,an archer,got it to lvl 11.i went back to the cave again and the same thing happened when i tried to get out of the cave.
i tried loggin in those characters for like a hundred times already since yesterday.but the same thing happens,the game closes evrytime the character appears on my screen.

I'm having the same problem. I was actually playing the game in echo cave for a couple of minutes and then it cut out on me. Now I can't seem to play... It wasn't doing this to me untill after the update yesterday, could I get some help on this problem?

I still need help with this problem, but I understand you can't get all the problems solved in just a couple of hours. It's still doing the same thing. I start the game, choose my server, choose my character and press play, wait for it to load, and go back to the launcher. >.> I can't play my character, and this is real discouraging... I really don't wanna hafta quit a game I really just started getting into. Please help.
