cant log into website?

i cant seem to log into the website now, just the forum :/
keep getting explorer cant display webpage message on the login.outspark page

also since the maintenance i charged cash twice with paypal, normally i get the cash to my account right away
but still nothing and its been about 13 hours... (cant check this instant though since i cant log in)
maybe its delayed since maintenance? or maybe im unlucky?

anyone else experiencing these issues?

paypal say it can take upto 24 hours i know, but cutting it close eh?
dont make me submit a ticket lol

Me too i just got some pre-paid card and wanted to use them but its not letting me log in>.< T_T

I too am having this problem and have started a thread in troubleshooting area as well (just the login problem, not the paypal) and as yet, no reply from staff....
