Harassing person did a hack or something

Ok. I was helping a guildie in Graveyard of the Dead and then this lv82 archer named <Removed> came up to me and started following me around, stealing all the ZKs i tried fighting. Then after i said i blocked him, he did something weird. The friend invite box popped up and when i hit cancel, it didnt go away. then the box for it seemed to get darker like it was heavily stacked then my game closed. Can you please do something about this or <Removed>? I would greatly appreciate it.

Blacklisting. Should be dealt with privately. You can also report for Bug abuse since he had to use marriage warp/acad warp to get in.

Also it seem like he spammed friend req until you overloaded...

I find the best way to avoid such problems is to just turn the friend invite feature off when you know you're going to be in tough areas. (I personally leave mine turned off all the time and only add people I spend a bit of time chatting or doing business with.) Open your friends list and at the bottom just select 'friend invite off'. You can always turn it back on whenever you like. I do the same thing for guild invites. You can find this option under game features.

And I agree with the above posts; be careful, black-listing might get you in as much trouble as the person that harassed you. I hope this was an isolated incident, but if you encounter such problems again take a screen shot (click the print screen button on your keyboard) and submit it with a ticket to customer service. (You can generally find the screen shot in your documents file to attatch it to your ticket.) The submission process can be done by clicking on the 'Help' button at the top of the game launcher. It will walk you through the steps.

Okay. Thanks! I have no idea how close CLs are to OS staff (in terms of communication and the like) but I figured someone like you would be able to get more information than any of us regular forum posters. Its sad to have not seen a single GM since I got on at around 5pm PDT when none of us know what is going on or what, if anything, is being done to fix it. Good luck in finding something out.
