OS do something about those spammers
my block list is already full and still i can walk somewhere without getting all the spamming notes.
my idee:
when someone spam more then 10 times let everyone be able to kill it and let the spammer lose his exp

Spammers dont care about exp. just clear the list. Chances are they are already banned by now or you just block again.

its not only about the bots its also just ppl around shutian spamming 1000 times for a buff or to join a KQ or begging for money

KQ is good thing though. Its hard to fill em up and it makes it easier to get a pt together. And some people have no clue there is one ready.
Buffs... God I wish I had a buff that would instantly kill everyone asking me for one... I loved the day I hit 47. And hated it my first visit to Shutian (I had people asking for buffs before I even got to the skill master for the skill)

I highly agree with you husky that we should eliminate the spammers ourselves but the problem is we are not allow to murder a user/bot(unless PVP mode). The problem with banning a user(according to the GMs and CSRs) is it takes a while to ban a single user. If your blocked list is completely full, clear the list and start blocking new spammers.

Alternatively, you could wait for the deluxe anti-spammer force fields to be invented! Sigh... that really would have been a brilliant invention, though.

Spammers wont go away, even if they actually start removing them. They used to remove them on a good, regular basis, wonder what happened there -.-
Look at your list, should be, anyone in grey is offline (and if it's spammers, those ones most likely aren't coming back)
Then again I looked at my list only a few days ago and spammers I'd put on block a few weeks ago (after clearing my list) were still brightly lit and online. So you may be blocking the same spammers over and filling your list again with them.
