Wasn't my thread.

Assuming such thing is prejudice and therefore makes you look like a
...really bad person...

I'm happy you want to criticize the functions or functionality of Outspark Services, and that is a message I support, and actually participate in. What I am not able to support is a message of no benefit to the community nor Outspark, and that is direct harassment, as is what happened in the previous thread.

If you want to support that, please be aware that it is at the risk of action taken at the discretion of Outspark and it's Employee's against your account as is decided case by case.

Furthermore, the CL team will continually monitor and moderate these infractions upon the Forum Rules and Terms of Service as they appear on the forums. As such, this topic is not relative to Outspark Games and Services, and I will be closing it as such. If you decide to repost a topic to re-hash the matter, please be on topic with objective material.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

lordalden

Edit: Also, I'll put the Staff reply in this thread so that players may see it still. I will update the thread shortly with that information.

Patches fixed things but other things came up, too.
Patches aren't always perfect but as player and GMs, I hope we are able to help each other in a friendly and respectable manner to get this game awesome as we can.
---------------------
Thank you for the feedback. We are aware of all the issues listed. Please be patient as we are working on a solution to fix these problems.

Sorry for any trouble this may have caused.

P.S.- They did maintenance over night. OVERNIGHT. Like. No rest, work all day and all night. Please give rest. Thank you~

mmm

I hate to be say that, but, something is wrong there.

This patch is obviously a fail patch, seeing all the bugs that it contains, and should never have been released in the first place like this.

How come OS release this ? Don't OS test the patchs before release ?
If not, then it's OOS' fault, and no kudo for them.

But as for this :

I disagree.

Some of my coworkers stay up all night to put up an upgrade of the system, or a new patch. Sometimes staying at work all week-end to ensure that everything is running smoothly for the users when they'll be back on Mondays.

And nobody will give them rest until it's up and running. And if it's not, then the mighty boss will distribute spanking.

This is what we are paid for, and this is dedication to the job.

This might be a free to play game, but behind this, there are users who pay and wait to be able to play.

I understand that not everything can go smoothly, but after so many patches failures, it's starting to get tiresome.

Be it either OS or OOS' fault, I don't really care, we're not here to point fingers.

But, with everything that is happening, this isn't really a good argument to keep the players from quitting.

Well, we THOUGHT it was up and running. Then the problems came up just tonight, that's why were going to work on this ASAP.

Thanks everyone, exactly what I wanted to say.

from what i read in european fiesta forum (cause ours was down) it seems that someone from korea applies the patches. dunno if its all patches are only the bigger ones, but i guess it may be same here.

you can compare much between european and this version of fiesta even if there are differences.

the best thing is that the forum mods talk more about whats going on than our mods here .... (sry but its true)

sorry OS but it would be nice if you would answer more threads.
i know you can't always say what will happen cause it will get ppl angry if its changing in future (i.e. hellgaits wont be changed)

but it would be nice to let us know that you at least read the thread or you thinking about it but have no answer yet...

sth like that would help us think you DO NOT IGNORE US

take dragon tomb quest rewards in example for us (there were/are many threads and we never get an answer!!! you could at least say it wont be changed or you think about changing rewards.....
is it that hard?????

i hope you think about what i try to tell you

Yes.
