I paid with Paypal and an hour later no Sparkcash? Whats the deal? It took all of 3 seconds to get real money into Outspark's account, why is it taking so much longer to put Sparkcash into my Fiesta account. Admin or GM please respond, or give me what I've paid for.

I have had to run errands all day, and haven't been able to watch the forums as much as I normally do, sorry =/

Nearing 4 hours, and still nothing....support doesn't respond, and I cant check the status of my ticket with the link that I was given in the automated response. :l

Okay Steam, i think it's time to swing that bat. It's been 9 hours, I'm afraid your gonna have to make an example of someone. lol, just kidding. Any idea if 2mro's server reset is gonna help fix the problem, or eta of said spark cash?
.....well, it matters not, i gotta sleep so i can open a starbucks at 5am in the morning, but you can bet i'll be back to bug you again after that.

22 hours and still counting....you've got to be kidding right?
A GM can spawn hundreds of monsters at a time, ban a city full of spammers in seconds and credit an entire server 12,500 sparkcash overnight, but can't find a way to give me the 17,000 sparkcash I paid for in 22 hours time? =_=

How exactly are you using Paypal?
Credit card or money order (bank)?
Credit Card transactions can take up to 3 days sometimes.
Money orders can take up to a week.
This is COMPLETELY out of OutSparks hands.
What your inquiring about is in the hands of your bank and Paypal.
Try asking them.

Good luck Enoch I hope you don't have the luck I was blessed to have, they said in a e-mail they have no records of my transaction, when I have the recepit from paypal saying the order was completed.
