Has anyone else noticed this? I got a new laptop so I am currently installing Fiesta on it. My old desktop barely met the min requirements when I first downloaded Fiesta, and I upgraded it a bit to meet most of the recommended settings.

This laptop outperforms my desktop in almost everything (exception being the graphics card), but as I was looking at the settings just now, I noticed that my old desktop as it used to be no longer meets minimum requirements, and that this laptop doesn't meet recommended requirements, which it should have.

So has anyone else noticed that the minimum/recommended requirements for FIesta has changed and does anyone know exactly what has changed/when they were changed?

I started playing fiesta on this comp and I never ever lagged:

AMD Sempron 2200+ (Single Core)
512MB ram
GeForce 6200 256MB (AGP video card)
300 kbps Internet connection

I've changed comp twice after that old comp because after x-trap and lots of other things that comp lagged a lot. Now I dont lag, only in crowded spots. Check the specs of my comp to see how wrong those minimum and recommended requirements are about Fiesta.

AMD Phenom II X4 940 (Quad core)
4GB ram
GeForce 9500 GT (1.2GB) (PCI-E video card)
3mbps Internet connection

With this comp I can play 'smoothly'. Those minimum and recommended requirements do need some adjust.

I never mentioned lag in the first post. This thread is asking when and why th minimum and recommended requirements for Fiesta were changed and what specifically has been altered.

I know the graphics card in particular has been changed in them -my new laptop should have met recommended requirements with a 4500 graphics card, but the recommended settings now call for a 9500 card...
