View Full Version : I paid the money, but didn't get any SparkCash

Yesterday I purchased SparCash for 5 USD, which is 3500 sparkcash.
Everything went nice, I got an email, I got the confirmation code and even re-directed me to Outspark. Then it said transaction in process, so I thought what the heck, I was tired so I went to sleep. I came back today and saw nothing. I am completely astonished >.<.

Recently I got an Email by csr logan and he wanted some information, so here you go

(info removed).

I paid by PayByCash and I used my Bank card to transfer the money, I have now confirmed that the money is gone.

Hello there. Had to edit your post because it contains personal info. Please respond back to CSR Logan through the support ticket (http://support.outspark.com) -- At the bottom of your help ticket page, there is a box to where you can post that infomation to update the ticket email.
