Let's say it's like similar to WoW:
Fighter = Warrior
Cleric = Shaman/Priest
Archer = Hunter
Mage = Mage/Warlock

Also
Fighters = Tank (take the damage)
Cleric = Healer (Heal the group)
Archer = DD (Damage dealers and they have DoT's which are spells that damage over time such as poisen)
Mage = DD (Deal highest damage in the game)

You can, but if you choose that you're probably gonna need to solo more than play in a party, because people usually want clerics for support. Also, until the class change at level 100 you only get 2 attack skills xD rest are support skills.

The difference is that people will pay 3 times more for the blue and purple kind, when the green kind pretty much has the same results.
There's something like blessed has less chance to break the weapon on failure and lucky has a chance to upgrade by 2. Personally, I've never had it upgrade by 2, and there's no point in enhancing without perfect blue/red eyes past T2.
If you're new that probably didn't make much sense, but all you need to know is, sell them or use them, the difference is trivial at best.
Also, this will keep you sane as you look for information:

3. is there such thing as an item being untradable? (soulbound?)
Quest items are soulbound, as are Cash Shop items. (There are some exceptions to the quest items rule, such as event quest items.)
