HELP ME!! with this scroll bug.

First of all i dont know if theres any status conditions that prevent you from using warp/return scrolls so if thats what this is then just please tell me what potion to buy to fix it? thanks.
If not, then my char is glitched somehow so that I cant use scrolls to teleport anymore.
just says "cannot use item" and then i die. Far from town or something.
I really dont want to start a char right now, I like my 28 rogue. Anyone who can help me I will donate 1yellow LB to in game if u can help me figure this out.

The game will not let you use a scroll if you are attacking or being attacked by a monster. Maybe that's your problem. Try using one while standing in a safe zone (red zones on the map).

thats true and I did actually know that, however, that situation is not the case. I tried from in town to go to my track point. from diff zones in town, out of town, nothing works. so maybe its a glitch that makes the game think im being atkd when im not.....

Are you over-weight? Because you can't use a scroll in that situation either. As far as I know, there are no anti-scroll curses floating around in the game... and, even if there were, it would be on a timer. Ummm... try killing a monster to reset your combat flag (if there is a combat flag). Also, try re-saving your tracker and return positions.
