Stat Builds Help

I'm new so... Yeah. I was just wondering about stat builds.

If the build is something like 25 STR:10 DEX:Rest INT (obviously a made-up-on-the-spot build), then does that mean that the +# should be +25 STR, +10 DEX, and etc.?

Yep. When someone says anything about their build, they're only talking about where the free stats have been added.
