Chosing a guild and academy?

First of all, what are the differences between the two and I don't want to get bombarded with requests but I would like a guild and such for my characters. I have a mage and a cleric, I don't know if that makes a difference but I would like to find a friendly place, I don't really care for prizes and stuff.

So if you are in a nice guild or academy or whatever then let me know, and inform me on how to join because I'm noobish there too... :p

- Guilds can war, academies cannot.
- Academy members receive rewards for leveling between 10-40. (The rewards are set up by the guild, so not all guilds will give rewards for leveling.)
- Academies are best for players who are new and/or who are not yet level 40.
- Anyone can join an academy, one must be invited to a guild.
- Your best bet is to go to a guild manager in Roumen, Elderine, or Uruga, check out the guild academy rankings and join an academy that's one of the top 10. They tend to give out the best rewards.

To join an academy, if you're at the guild manager, click "Academy" and click "Enroll." Otherwise, hit F, G, or the community button at the bottom right, click the Guild Academy tab, click "Enroll" and type in the name of the academy you want to join.

That depends on the guild. Some have level requirements, some do not. I still say go for academy if you're just starting up. You can ask questions in academy chat and get an answer right away (for the active guilds). Plus, you get nifty rewards when you level.

it seems alot of guilds only take lv30 on up, but thats only me.

well, since guild "graduation" is lvl 40 I'd say MOST guilds are for players level 40+...however there are guilds that only have high level players and they are more selective.

It depend upon guild masters whether they want to recruit L30+ or above in guild. I know a Good Guild if you are interested, Its Rejuvnate_ISYA. You Can join its academy since lv 1~39. L40+ for its Guild.

Can't say its the best but its good. Its new and recently grown fast. They don't give leveling reward yet but i hope they soon would do that too. Its GM help newbies for leveling and to get to know about the game. You can also ask for money making tips from him. SOUND'S COOL!!!

Well if you are in Cypions or Apoline you are welcome to come hiding with me in my exibition guild - Owl. That is the very reason I make a guild in there so that I don't get like 10 guild invite per day. It get annoying if you are mobbing and pop someone spam a guild invite on you or you go afk and come back multiple invite.

However join a active guild is fun too, you will have a lot of crazyness in guild chat. My main and alt is in a active guild in Apoline all my minis are in Owl. Well sometimes you get so fun chatting in guild chat that well you sort of forget to heal/stone and die. XD
