I LOST MY 80+9 WAND on SEA OF GREED! WTH!!

Okay, I was today on sea of green helping a friend. I arrived there before so I was waiting him there....so I started walking there when suddenly I saw my 80+9 wand ( 39 end, 6% crit+1%) on the floor...and I was like "WTH" , so I presses the key to pick up item, and It just dissapeared.... I relog 3 times and It wasnt on my inventory, neither on my friend's inventory...please someone help me x.x I dont know what to do =(, It just appeared on floor, WTH! O.o?

I suggest you send a ticket to a CSR, staying polite explaining just this...mention the time and map etc etc... apparently they can retrace everything we do when we are online fiesta... I think that's pretty much all you can do...

You can get to the ticket form through the link in my signature. Or through the Support tab at the top of the page.

Be sure you are very specific in the ticket.

Include your IGN, Server, screenshots of the weapon if you have them, and a very detailed description as to what happened.

If i dropped it (which i doubt it), i didnt make it on purpose, im not that idiot and what i cant believe is that there was nobody near me, so i was the only one that could get that wand x.x...

This happened to me before somewhat, i dropped a 80 1h by accident with godly stats and then I hit 6 right away and it disappeared x.x nobody else near me ++ it JUST got dropped and I wasn't in a pt so it's impossible for somebody to pick it up.

if u clicked it to drop u normally get an "are you sure" box
which u then have to click "yes"

i've never dropped anything by mistake unless i was trying to drop 1 item but accidently clicked another
never dropped on their own o.o
